Workshop (D/E): No Blame-Approach und Farsta-Methode
Der No-Blame-Approach (Ansatz ohne Schuldzuweisung und Bestrafung) und die Farsta-Methode (konfrontatives Einzelgespräch mit Täter oder Täterin) werden als Interventionsmöglichkeiten bei Mobbing vorgestellt. Der Schwerpunkt des Seminars liegt auf der praktischen Erprobung der Farsta-Methode im Rollenspiel. Kenntnisse zu Mobbing werden vorausgesetzt.

Workshop: No-blame approach & Farsta method
The no-blame approach (approach without blame and punishment) and the Farsta method (confrontational one-to-one discussion with the perpetrator) are presented as intervention options for bullying. The focus of the seminar is on the practical testing of the Farsta method in role play. Knowledge of bullying is assumed.
